Harmon Park is an 11-acre WPA-era city park with an extensive Rock Garden. The Rock Garden features a flowing stream, ponds with fountains, a gazebo, a lighthouse, and a variety of plantings. The park also features a swimming pool, tennis courts, a ballfield, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, shelters, a formal flower garden with a lighted fountain, and a "sonotorium" stage area. The park has a diversity of species and sizes of trees and features a large ginkgo tree in the Rock Garden.
